Warranty and DOA 

While we can't guarantee that every product we ship arrives in perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled quickly and painlessly.

In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer. provides no warranty other than the warranty offerred by the manufacturer on the product.

If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact our Technical Support Group immediately at 877-999-1800 or send an email to If this is a defective item, a technician will call you upon submitting the RMA form. DOA Policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to apply the manufacturer's policy and help you get up and running. Please see manufacturer's warranties for manufacturer DOA policies. In most cases, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued and a replacement product will be sent to you. To speed the process along, please have the following information ready:

- Your Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Product Model 
- Serial Number 
- Part Number 
- Nature of Problem

Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days, and all products received without an RMA number will be returned to you unopened.

The following items are non-returnable: software, custom labels and opened supplies (labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, printheads, card stock, RFID tags).
